  • Killie+ is Kilmarnock FC's official rewards platform, giving supporters access to exclusive discounts and offers from
    brilliant local and national partners. We have built this membership to offer extra value to our fans beyond matchdays.

  • If you are a Kilmarnock 2025/26 season ticket holder, great news - you get free access!

    If you are not a season ticket holder, you can still join via a paid membership.

  • Once you are logged in, you’ll see a list of available offers. Each offer will explain exactly how to redeem it, for example by
    showing a code in-store, using an online code, or following a specific redemption link.

  • Nope! You can use offers whenever you like, as often as the partner allows. Each offer will clearly state any limits or expiry dates, so that you know how long you have to use them.

  • Many of our partners are fantastic local and regional businesses, but there are also some national offers too. New partners are added all the time, so it’s worth checking back regularly.

  • We add new offers regularly, and we’re always on the lookout for great new partners. We’ll let you know whenever there’s something new to enjoy.

  • First, check your junk or spam folder. If you still can’t find it, contact the club directly so they can resend or check your details.

  • If something isn’t working, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the issue continues, contact the support team at cpillay@tmasport.com

  • We are always looking for fantastic new partners to join Killie+. Businesses interested in offering discounts to Kilmarnock FC supporters can get in touch with the club or the platform team by emailing hhutton@tmasport.com

  • Killie+ is web-based and can be accessed through your browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. The platform is mobile-friendly and designed to be used on the go, including in-store.

  • Each offer includes instructions on how to redeem it. If an issue comes up, speak to the business directly first. If it still can’t be resolved, contact us at cpillay@tmasport.com

  • Nope! All offers will clearly show if they have an expiry date or usage limits, but many of the very generous Killie+ partners have extended their offers with no expiration dates. So keep coming back for more of the great stuff they have to offer.

  • No. Access and codes are for individual use only and should not be shared.

  • Don’t worry! You can request the email to be re-sent by contacting cpillay@tmasport.com or following the instructions on the platform.

  • Absolutely! Anyone can join Killie+. If you’re not a season ticket holder, you can join by paying a small monthly fee, or save a bit by paying annually and getting 2 months free.

  • You will never be charged without being told and asked to confirm first.

  • We’d hate to see you go, but you can easily cancel any membership by heading to account - my membership - and scrolling down to “cancel next renewal”.

  • Kilmarnock FC may share updates about new offers or platform changes, but communication will always follow the club’s normal contact preferences.

  • Of course! Supporters are encouraged to suggest businesses they’d like to see on the platform. Please share this feedback with us hhutton@tmasport.com
